A leading hotel in Luanda
Socinger, Lda.’s second project began on 15 November 2009 with the soft opening of a four-star hotel for business travellers in central Luanda. It was the only completed development approved to support the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations.
This business grew from the investors’ ambition to establish a strategic presence in markets where the Group already held interests. Despite its highly competitive nature, the hospitality sector also offered positive growth and attractive financial returns.
The first property is a four-star hotel officially opened in Luanda in 2010 and is now one of Angola’s leading hotels.
